What happens to information you send through jvrsites.com. Written in plain English on purpose.

JayVeeyeR LLC, trading as JVR Sites, is a California limited liability company based in Los Angeles.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your business name, an email address or phone number, and whatever you write in the message box. There's nothing else — no account to create, no hidden tracking pixels, no advertising network.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. That's the entire purpose. If you ask for a free demo site, we use what you send to build it and to contact you about it.

How it reaches us

The contact form is handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that forwards submissions to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems on the way to us and is subject to their privacy practices as well as this policy.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We don't sell, rent, share, or trade your information. We don't add you to a mailing list. We don't pass your details to other businesses. The only parties involved are us and the service providers that make the site and its form work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within about twelve months. If you become a client, we keep the records we need for business and tax purposes for as long as the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we use analytics, it is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused, collects no personal data, and does not use cookies to follow you between websites.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them. That request includes your IP address, as any web request does.

If we contact you first

We sometimes call local businesses to offer a free website preview. If you tell us to stop contacting you — by phone, text, or email — we stop immediately and permanently, and we remove you from our list. You never have to ask twice.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email or call and we'll handle it — there's no form to fill out and no fee.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. Since we don't sell personal information to anyone, there's nothing to opt out of on that front, but the rights to know and to delete apply and we'll honor them.

Client websites

If we build and host a website for your business, messages sent through that site's contact form belong to you. We handle them only to deliver them to your inbox and to keep the form working. The full terms of that arrangement are in our Terms & Conditions.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
